Personal Statement
I work hard so I can play point guard for a competitive college basketball program. I am confident, given an opportunity, I will prove to you that you are not taking a risk with your roster spot or your time!
I currently hold a 92 out of 100 GPA. I need to be challenged in the classroom as well as on the basketball court so joining a school and program that has high standards and encourages its students and athletes to reach for higher goals is important to me.
Today everyone has to shoot and handle the basketball, unfortunately, not everyone can lead a team. I lead teams through example and a focus on helping every teammate be more successful. I do this by using my court vision, high basketball IQ, and timely decision making to put everyone in the most optimal position to be successful. I can score if needed and I push the pace of play when called for. I defend and rebound above average for a point guard. I am a role player and understand that being an important piece of the puzzle is where I will be most appreciated.
