Personal Statement
Winning back to back M.I.A.A championships was the highlight of my career. However, I feel I grew specifically my sophomore year when my team went through tough trials and plenty of doubts, but we ended up being victorious. This helped me grow as a person and an athlete helping me realize everything in life isn't smooth sailing. The only thing that matters is how you respond.
I was fortunate to be part of a program where I came in learning how to win. My freshman year I won the M.I.A.A JV championship as a starter and being 2nd in scoring. My sophomore year is fit in to the starting lineup as a role player and winning the M.I.A.A Varsity championship. I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, and sacrifice. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.
