Hi coaches, my name is Peyton Rummler. I am in the class of 2023 and attend Stoney Creek High School in Rochester, Michigan. I’ve been playing basketball for six years and working hard to achieve my goals. My current goal is to play basketball at the collegiate level. Off the court, I am very dedicated in the classroom. I am very interested in all things business and learn as much as posible to further this interest. I have had many setbacks that have turned me into the player I am today. I learned the value of hard work when I was cut from the 7th-grade basketball team. To this day, I still use that to motivate myself and keep getting better. Also in the past year, I’ve learned what it is like to recover from injury. I broke my right leg for the first time training on December 6th, 2020, and the second time on March 17th, 2021. Experiencing these injuries has taught me many things such as patience, perseverance, and confidence, but most of all how much my love of basketball has driven me to come back stronger and more committed than ever.
