Personal Statement

My goal as an athlete is to attend a division 2, 3, or NAIA college to play basketball and obtain a degree that allows me to pursue a career that I enjoy (I am undecided at this time as to what I will study).   My primary sport is basketball and I would like very much to be recruited to play on a college team . I have personal goals that I would like to reach yet during my high school basketball career. This year in the CMAC Conference I was 11th in scoring average at 10.8 ppg, 3rd in 3 pt field goals made with 46, and 5th in free throw percentage at 68%. I was named 2nd Team All Conference as well as 2nd Team All Ionia County honors. I have worked very hard from barely playing my Sophomore year to being one of the top players in the conference this year.

Club Information

  • Seasons of Club Experience
  • 3 seasons
  • 2015 Dream Loudly (AAU/AYBT)
  • Team formed after the spring season by the I'm Possible training company. We played 3 AYBT touraments and 1 AAU tournament. We didn't have a firm roster so we struggled a bit with team chemistry. The season was a mix of wins and losses. Coaching was good. I learned that to win it has to be a whole team effort. Selfish play is not a good game plan.
  • 2015 Michigan Thunder (AAU 17u)
  • Roster was not firm, only 3 players played in every game. Up and down season. I learned that playing as a team is the best way to win consistently.
  • 2014 Michigan Thunder (AAU U17)
  • Good seaon, I played up one age group and learned a ton from the older players. I had a good season shooting and got better at all phases of the game. It was a great learning experience overall.
