I love the game of basketball and will do whatever it takes to play at the next level. Starting at a very young age, I knew that I wanted to continue to play the game as long as I can. I am very 'coachable' and strive to be one of the hardest working players for any team I am a part of. There isn't a day I go without practicing the game of basketball.
Being a student-athlete, I take pride in having that title. I was taught that 'student' in student-athlete should always come first, so I continue to take my academics seriously by maintaining a high GPA. I have recently been inducted as a member of the National Honor Society, so I'm very proud to see that my hard work in the classroom is paying off.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. With my hard work ethic and good sportsmanship, I feel I can become a part of a basketball team at the collegiate level. I plan to pursue my major in physical therapy. I hope to be a great role model to my peers and make my family proud.
