When I went to the National tournament in North Carolina, while in 5th grade, I stepped on to the courts of Duke University and the University of North Carolina. That's where my dream of playing college basketball started. Ever since that moment I started dedicating a lot of my time, too not only getting better my skill set in the gym but in the classroom. I am a very hard working player and student. I have sustained a 3.9 GPA and I am currently ranked 4th in my class and strive to be the best academically as I can be. On the court, I come to school every morning and shoot, work on ball handling, and develop my quickness and explosiveness.
What sets me apart from other players is that I am a leader and I am an extreme competitor. I always want to win, whether it be a drill in practice or State Championship. I will give up everything for my teammates in the hopes of walking away victorious. My mindset is to eat or be eaten. I have the determination and hard work to guide me on becoming an elite basketball player and student.
