Personal Statement
My goal is to attend a four-year university and major in both mathematics and science. It is also my goal to attend medical school so maintaining my grades will be very important. Playing college basketball has been a dream of mine since I started playing in 5th grade. I am a great team player, always cheering for my teammates whether I am on or off the court. I am always willing to accept constructive criticism from both my coaches and my teammates. Conducting myself in a positive way both on and off the court has never been a struggle for me, it comes naturally. I always have my team, coaches and school in mind knowing that my actions both on and off the court not only are a reflection of myself but also of them. Playing sports has helped me grow so much as a person both physically and mentally, and continuing to play sports in college would be great for my continued development and commitment.
