Xavier Sykes '19 Recruiting Profile

      My goals are to succeed on and off the court. I believe that what you don't make up in talent, should be in ridiculous work ethic. Since the age of 9 my life has been basketball. I can never feel satisfied about how I play, and have always had a hunger to become better. I love being an all around player, I work on my speed some days, then the next day my handling, but most of all my shot, you can never stop working on that. I  know I belong to a team that wants a player they can assign to what they need to succeed. I want to be a building block to a successful program. No talking back and taking orders is my game. And I understand without a team I am nothing. I love this sport, it's my passion and always will be.
