2018-19 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Basketball has always been my passion. I started playing at a very young age, and I absolutely love the game. I have played varsity basketball since I was a freshman. My strengths include court vision, ball-handling skills and finishing ability at the rim. I pride myself on my defensive skills as well; particularly my ability to anticipate plays. I give 110% in both effort and attitude, I am a self-motivator, I accept responsibility and strive to be both a good listener as well as a leader.
Not only do I give 110% on the floor, I work just as hard academically, and my GPA supports that. My class rank is currently #1. I value learning and hope to become either a physical therapist or an athletic trainer. I am actively involved in numerous extra-curricular activities including playing varsity baseball. I am a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. My faith and family are very important to me.
I would love to play college basketball. I've learned many valuable lessons from basketball; the biggest one being the value of hard work.

- I started playing basketball in the 2nd grade. I had a good parent coach who taught us the fundamentals of basketball and we currently have an exceptional high school basketball coach. In the offseason I am focused on improving my game 10-12 hours a week.
