Sterling Jones '20 Recruiting Profile

I've been a basketball player since  I was 5 years old.  At each level I played, someone always recognizes my strong ability to play basketball.  On most every team I've played with, we've been the underdog, but I always make the best of the situation.  I earned the privilege of playing on the Varsity basketball team my sophomore year. I still have a lot of work to do and I'm willing to do the work.  I have a lot of energy and excitement and I'm very confident in saying any coach would love to have me on their team.  I'm a well-rounded player with stellar academics to match.  I fought very hard to get my grades to the level they are now and I succeeded.   I play extremely well with my teammates and I am a leader. This year I made All District Team and 2nd team All Conference.  I  have a killer mentality with who ever is front of me on the court.  I fear no one but God.  I love the game of baskeball and I pray and believe all my hardwork will pay off soon.  My goal is to play basketball in college and be an assett to the team,  and to obtain an education which will place me on firm grounding to get through life in a meaningful way.
