Personal Statement
I play for a team, individual effort is not what brings success. If the team loses, it is a team loss, and it is not one persons fault. Winning and being together is the most important part of the sport. If somebody scored 50 points, and we lost, what difference does it make? The game was still a loss. Practice is a time to work hard and learn, not goof off. I will ask questions and follow the instructions to the best of my ability. If somebody falls, teammate or not, I will help them up. If they don't take my hand, I don't take offense, it is their choice. School is always a priority and mediocre grades won't do. I always want to do my best, no matter the situation. Lastly, humility is always necessary.
