Personal Statement
Thank you for looking at my recruiting profile. My name is Weston Price and I attend Glacier High School in Kalispell, Montana. Glacier High has about 1400 students and competes in the "AA" division in Montana which features the largest high schools. I am a 6'5" wing/forward and I take pride in being able to play inside and outside. Recently I completed my senior year and was named to AA All-Conference 2nd team making me one of only six players in the entire state to be named 1st or 2nd team 2 years in a row. I competed my whole senior year as a 17 year old. A year or more younger than most seniors. I work very hard at my game, including my shooting. I finished my career at Glacier High School as one of the schools all-time leading scorers and rebounders. I also hold the school record for highest 3 pt percentage in a season at 45% (30 of 67) and highest free throw percentage for a season at 80%. I feel that I have good court vision and am a very good passer. This past year our point guard went down in the first game and I ended up playing the point during the games he was out. I have a very strong work ethic and am an 3-time Academic All-State player. I pride myself in being a leader both on the court and in the classroom and I like to volunteer and give back to my community. I am excited to continue my career at the college level and looking forward to seeing how far I can develop my skills. I know that I have a lot to offer on and off the court.
