Personal Statement
I started playing basketball when I was 7 years old and have been a student of the game from that point forward. Since first touching a basketball, my main goal and focus has always been to play at a college level. I have been playing school basketball since 2nd grade and travel basketball since 4th grade. No matter the level of competition, or who I play for, I always try to bring my A game as well as the intensity. I can score at all 3 levels but I also pride myself in being able to play lockdown defense. I have worked hard and put in a lot of time to learn all aspects of the game. My high school coach has shown me that preparation is a competitive advantage, which is controllable, as well as a huge part of the game. I take pride in being prepared for any game and any player.
