Ever since I was a 4 years old I have been playing basketball, I can't remember when I wasn't playing basketball. I love the game and always will so that is what influenced me to play this sport. Some of my skills that make me different from other recruits are I have a very high GPA(top five of my graduating class) I have a die hard winning attitude, I am willing to do anything to help my team win and my work ethic is extremely high.
I am mainly a post player and a hardcore rebounder, but I have been developing my ball handling skills and shooting to perfect my all around game. I believe my coaches would say I am the hardest worker in the gym, but not only do I take care of my work in the gym, I also take care of my work in the classroom and while lifting weights.
Going to state semi-finals my junior year is so far the best part of my high school basketball career. The year I grew the most as a student-athlete was last year(my junior year), when our team lost in the first round of the state playoffs. This changed me as a player by making me want to work a lot harder and make me want to develop my game in different ways to help my team as much as possible this year. After playing in the state semi-finals last year I knew I wanted to play college basketball.
I am looking for a college program that will fit me athletically and academically. I know I have the right skills to play college basketball and would make a great player on your team!
