2019 HighlightsPlaying and practicing with the National Team since I was 14 years has influenced who I am. I competed at the U16 and U18 European Championships. Honor, Pride and a commitment to excellence are a big part of what it represents, something I bring to any team I will play for in the future. Both my parents played College basketball, with my father playing 19 years as a professional mostly in Europe where I was born and grew up. I have been around the sport of basketball since I was born, and I have been interested in it ever since I could remember. I have been to Lebron James Camps and Kobe Bryants Camps as I wanted to learn up close from the best.
I have learned through basketball that I can become a responsible leader not only in my sport but in the classroom and my future profession. Being prepared mentally, physically and psychologically dictate my path. I have learned by putting in more smart and pre-planned work than others I will have better success than my competition. A small example is my habit to wake up 4:50 am everyday and be at school by 5:30 am to train - drill - or shoot more than 500 shots before school even starts.
My academic goals are to graduate from College with honors and then pursue a Masters. Both my parents graduated College and I will too. I have a younger sister and I want to be a good example for her.
