I have been playing basketball since I was six years old. I was born without a right hand and developed my own way of playing basketball. Basketball is my passion and I don't know what I would do without it. I love when I step into a new gym and everyone sleeps on me and thinks I can't play until I make my first couple of shots then they realize that I can really play. I have gotten used to having one arm, and playing basketball makes me forget the fact that I have one hand. My coaches and teammates don't even see me with one hand because just like them I am playing the game of basketball. I have always dreamed of playing college basketball, heading into my last 2 years of high school I have realized from my coaches and mentors how possible it is to do it. They have motivated me and given me the confidence that I can make my dream become reality.
