Justin Hayes '19 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Justin Hayes. I am currently in 12^th grade at St. Raymond High School for Boys. My favorite subjects are mathematics and science. My academic GPA is 3.7. Although I do well in school, I also strive for personal enrichment. In every class I take, I try my best to get the most out of the class and apply it personally as well as academically. I am a responsible and hard-working student-athlete. I have always been an honor student from kindergarten until now. I take pride in my work and study hard to do well in school. I've played basketball since 5 an don a school team since the age of 10. I was one of only two fifth graders who made the team. In Junior High School, I was the captain of the basketball team at St. Marks. I helped lead the team to win the championship two years in a row. I was co-captain of the freshman team. We won the championship for the 1st time in over 50 years.  In my last season I averaged 14.4 points a game. My future aspiration is to go to College and study Sports Orthopedic medicine. In the words of Malcolm Bane “If you wait until you can do everything for everybody, instead of something for somebody, you’ll end up not doing nothing for nobody.” This is my motto on and off the court! No I in team. If one win we all win.
