My Name is Ernie Parada, a senior at McClancy High School in Queens, NY. I am a 4 year member of the Honor's Program at McClancy, I've maintained a 4.0 GPA, and am a member of the National Honor Society.
On the court, I am a 200 lb. 6'3" SF/PF who will fight for wins. I love contact and physical play, and to work on defense. I'm extremely coachable and have never been a selfish player. I'm an excellent passer with very good court vision and IQ. I've been playing organized basketball starting in CYO in the 3rd grade. I started AAU in the 5th grade, was promoted to varsity in sophomore year, and have never missed a game, a practice, or even a workout since.
Basketball is my only passion. I live for the times when I'm able get in the zone, to get hypnotized by the action and lost in the flow of the game to where nothing else in the world exists. I'm looking for an opportunity to continue my education, hone in on what I want to do and grow into who I want to be, all while playing basketball and competing on a regular basis.
