Hello coaches my name is Francis Phelan. I go to Floral Park Memorial high school in Long Island New York. I have goals to play college basketball at a high level. I am a point guard and will do what ever it takes to play college basketball. I'm a great passer and can score the ball as well. I also help out on the boards and am a great defensive player. I'm a very hard worker and never take days off. The amount of heart I put into this game is insane. I have spent so much of my life towards the game of basketball and am not done after high school. This is a little bit about me and hope to play college basketball somewhere. Thank You
