Jared Barker '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

My name is Jared Barker and I'm in my junior year at St. Anthony's HIgh School. My college goals are to earn a degree and  play basketball. Becoming a lawyer would be the ideal profession for me.  I'm an academically strong student and was inducted into the National Honor Society this past spring.  I have always dreamed of playing basketball on the college level. I have played organized basketball for at least ten years. I know that I have the ability and all the intangibles to be a good college team-first basketball player. I love the game very much.

For most  of my life I attended Catholic schools, therefore I have a strong foundation in morals and ethics. My parents have always guided me to be a leader on and off the court. These morals have developed my character and people skills. I believe that I'm a leader in basketball and given the opportunity I will display it day in and day out.
