Kobe Rodney clas...Personal Statement
I would like to introduce myself to you and the coaching staff. My name is Kobe Rodney and I’m interested in becoming a student athlete on your basketball team. I am a 6’4 combo guard going into my senior year in high school. I’m a three year all league first team selection in ISAL basketball league in New York City. I have scored over 1,000 points, over 700 rebounds and 200 assists in my high school so far.
In addition to being a great athlete, I’ve managed to accomplish a lot academically in high school. My GPA is a 3.86, which includes a lot of honors courses. I’m part of the National honors society and a member of my school band. In the community, I’ve been mentoring underclassmen. Also I’ve been helping the elderly.
Over the last three years, I’ve been following your basketball program and think that I would be a excellent contributor to your team. Academically, I feel that your school will be the right place for me to accomplish my academic goals which includes a pre med degree, which will help me accomplish becoming a health professional.
