Personal Statement
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce my son Myles Blackwood. He is a hard working, dedicated young man who doesn’t believe in taking short cuts. He puts forth all his efforts in order to achieve his goals. He’s humble, respectful and responsible. Myles values the process when learning new skills. He faces adversity with poise and determination.
He has a warrior like mentally when playing basketball. Myles is a natural leader, inspiring his teammates to reach their highest potential. His effort is contagious. Whether he’s diving on the floor for a loose ball, taking a charge, batting for a rebound in the paint or making the selfless play with the extra pass, he gives it his all. These are invaluable traits, which lead teams to success.
I believe that any school that secures my sons talents, invests in his education and maximize his playing potential, will receive a dedicated and loyal person who can elevate their program to enormous heights.
