Andrew Mendel '23 Recruiting Profile

I have the drive to work and get better unlike many others. I always have energy and I am always aggresive. I'm the one who is always talking on defense and taking charges. I am the one who fights for second chance rebounds and points. I am the one who takes A leadership role and hypes my team up. I am a coach's dream player because I listen, learn, and execute.  My coach is there to make me better so I make sure I take the time to listen and learn.  I always guard the biggest kid on the court. I make everyone I guard work for their points.  I don't just go to practice and go to games, Im always getting shots up wether it's at my house or at a open court or training.  Realizing that playing at a higher level is more difficult I have for about a year been going to the gym 6-7 days a week and when school came along I went at 5 am before school because I didn't want to skip. I am ready to take the next step in my basketball career. Im ready to work!!
