Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Dylan Jacob I grew up in a little town called Walton NY and I believe I would be a perfect player on your team. My collegiate goals are to play hard, always have my teammates backs and win as much as possible. My style of play is really to look to get teammates open and make the right passes and then go down on the defensive side of the ball and be the pesky defender. I would say the one thing I do differently from other recruits is I will go baseline to baseline diving for loose balls, box out the biggest dudes so my teammate can come grab the rebound, and always look for the extra pass. I hit the 1,000 point mark this year and I am the only player in Walton history with over 1,000 points and 500 career assists. I also am the only player in Walton history with 300 career steals. As a person I can be able to help teammates with anything, I know when to take things serious and be your teammate but I also know when to be your friend. The academics side of things I am a hard worker in the classroom because I know to succeed on the court and in life you have to succeed in the classroom first.
