Josiah Joseph '19 Recruiting Profile

My Goal is to help a team win a college championship within my time there. I am very capable of helping a team do this because I work relentlessly at my game, I play 100% every time I step on the court and I have a knack for making my teammates better. I was born with a basketball in my hands, I am a great ball-handler with high IQ, I have great vision and can do whatever a team needs me to do. Last year I helped lead my team to it's first playoff appearance in 6 years while almost winning in the first round against one of the best teams in our section. I am dedicated to this game and I can do whatever a coach needs me to do to give our team the best possible chance to win whether that'd mean defend, rebound, score, or get guys involved. My goal is always to play at the highest level that I am capable of and I truly believe I am capable of playing division 1 basketball. I will play wherever I believe is the best fit for me which means I would definitely play division 3, division 2, division 1, or even juco basketball. I am dedicated to becoming as great as I possibly can at this game, while also winning as it is what I play for. Any coach that even takes the time to acknowledge my game, or is interested I am very thankful for any opportunities that may present itself. I am very different from any other recruit because not only do I have the athletic ability to play the game, but I also have a high IQ with an unmatchable knack for playing my best everytime I step on the floor. When I'm on the court I believe I can do anything I put my mind to and I play as hard as I can and as good as I can which usually works in my teams favor. I also am more team oriented than any other recruit as I put my team before any personal goals and achievements.
