I have very high goals for myself. I want to go to a college that not only makes me a great basketball player but a great person in general. At this college, I want to be able to learn things that will help me in the future when I become an adult. I am really hoping that my coaches are coaches who will push me to be my best and that they are people that I can trust and be there when I need them.
What makes me a good choice for your team is that I am very unselfish. I will always put the team before me. I do not focus on my individual stats, I just care about making contributions to my team in order to win. I take feedback from coaches very well and I am very coachable. I bring leadership, integrity, and a good work ethic on and off the court. If a teammate is struggling in the classroom I will help him to make sure his grades get better or if a teammate is having a bad game I will encourage him and tell him to keep his head up.
What makes me different from other recruits is that I will always put what's best for the team first. I will always do a great job representing my team and college. I believe my skillset can be very useful to a lot of teams because I can stretch the floor with my shooting and can also attack the basket. With my length, I am also a good on-ball defender but a great help defender. I not only love the game of basketball, but I also take school very seriously. I take school seriously because of the importance of doing well in school and how it will help me get into a good college. My GPA is currently 3.3 and I am looking forward to further improving that in my senior year. This makes me a great all-around college player, both on and off the court. I look forward to advancing my studies in the areas of sports medicine, athletic training/therapy, or sports management.
