I come from a family of coaches and sports enthusiasts, so I grew up on the sidelines watching and imitating athletes. My parents had a ball in my hands ever since I can remember. I have played soccer, baseball, and ran cross country in previous years, but my passion is and has always been basketball. I began playing AAU in the 4th grade and began playing for my school in the 6th grade. During those years, I began spending hours shooting and dribbling in the gym after I finished homework. Between working out with a trainer and being an honors student, I still find the time to put in at the gym. I have worked with several coaches over the years and have learned various techniques and skills from each one. I want to be teachable so that I can reach the highest level of my potential.

- AwardsI make the honor roll every quarter and finish with an A average each year for all of my high school years. I take all of the honors classes that my school has. I am a member of the Honor Society. I am involved with the Dual Enrollment program at school and will finish this school year with 9 college credits.
- ActivitiesI am a member of the Honor Society. I sing in the chorus. I am involved in the school's Community Service Project every year - this is where the students go out into the community and serve the elderly and non-profit organizations for one day every year. I have played soccer for my school every year except this year, and I play baseball for my school team. I was the lead role in the school play, Peter Pan, last year. This year I am a member of the yearbook staff.
