Personal Statement
My goal is to play basketball at the next level, while continuing my education as well. I have been around the game of basketball my whole life and have been in love with it ever since I got my hands on a basketball. I work hard in the classroom to maintain a high GPA so I can attend a great college that is right for me. I always make time each day to get a workout in. I have been building a more consistent jump shot by getting up at least 600 shots a day. I hope to be more of a scorer for my junior season, while maintaining the role of being the facilitator on the court. Though I am not the biggest player on the court, I am in the weight room every day preparing myself to take on bigger players that I may have to guard in the future. I take pride in defense, and always want to guard the best player on the other team. I hope that you take the time to look at what kind of player you can get by recruiting me.
