Personal Statement
Since I was very young, I have always wanted to pursue a career involving sports or film-making. Whether it be playing, commentating, or directing movies, my dream is to somehow turn my passion into purposeful work in these areas. As a straight "A" student for 5 years, and a beta club member for 3, academics come first. Anything less than an A is unsatisfactory for me. Playing Baseball and Basketball have taught me very valuable lessons. For instance, scoring points isn't everything and not letting your emotions get to you will help you do your very best. Sports have taught me how to be a better player and an overall better man.
Away from sports and academics, I have a strong passion for Music and Film. I have always loved movies and now that I’m getting older, I want to bring something to the table. Being able to do two of favorite things in college, playing sports and studying film making, would be a true blessing and a dream come true.
