Trey Welstad '21 Recruiting Profile

I am currently 17 and a Senior at Rugby High School. I love sports and give it 100% at every practice, meet or game. I work hard on and off the court. My grades are just as important to me as my stats. I used to live on a farm. Long hours of hard work is something I have lived my entire life. I can run a combine all day and shoot hoops until dark. I dug a long jump pit in our back yard. When I finally  jumped 20’9” to make state my family was ecstatic. My longest jump is 21’1” as a sophomore. My family and I have driven all over the tri-state area to follow my sports dream. The AAU basketball team tournaments this summer was one of my best experiences. I hope you will consider me as a good match for your school. I have a strong faith and choose to live a clean life. Thank you for your time.
