Joseph Genova '23 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my basketball career, I’ve always been a team player. I am willing to sacrifice my own success for the betterment of the team. I am unselfish and always looking for the open player, but I also won’t pass up a good look. I work very hard on perfecting my shot. I’m always willing to be coached and learn new things and I can fit in wherever a coach needs to me to and play any role needed. I pride myself in my knowledge of the game and seeing the floor better than most. I take all honors classes and have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout high school so far. I believe I can be the guy the offense runs through, and facilitate as much as possible, as well as be a go-to shooter, depending on what is needed. I am willing to work hard and do what I have to do to make the team better.
