On the basketball court I am very coachable and try to be the hardest working player in the gym. I have been coached by my Dad and encouraged by both of my parents since I picked up a ball. I have always looked forward to playing at the next level. First it was high school and now it's college. I've had the opportunity to be around some players of all sports that have played at the college or professional level. It has given me good insight. As a teammate I try to lead by example and encourage others. That's why I've been honored to be a team Captain several times on several teams. I'm looking forward to competing at a high level my Junior and Senior year at St. Francis in a competitive league.
Off the court I know that grades are important to my success , whatever comes next in life. My high school is preparing me well, even during these uncertain times with COVID. I've always tried to attend youth camps, compete in outside leagues and play AAU basketball. My family and friends are an important part of my life. I love spending time with them doing all sorts of things together. St. Francis has also taught me the value of community service and volunteering time and talents.
I hope to attend a college where I can get a great education, meet new people and play a sport that I love. At this point I'm open to all opportunities!
