Personal Statement

My name is Dakota Reedy. I am 17 years old and currently a senior at Carney High School. I have played basketball since I was in 1st grade and would like to further my abilities beyond the high school level. I believe I would be a good fit on a college basketball team because I am a very coachable player, I have a good basketball IQ, and I am also a great teammate. I also try to set an example for my teammates every time I am on the court. I believe this is the best way to help your teammates and try to help them become better basketball players. I also believe that you have to be successful in academics in order to be successful in athletics. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA so far in my high school career and I will continue to work hard to keep it that way.
