My dad coached college basketball for 18 years. I believe that the time I had in traveling with the teams, watching film, watching my dad struggle through tough times and making tough decisions as well as experiencing success will all prove to be a positive overall experience for me as an athlete.
I have been leading scorer and co-leading scorer, with leading assists all three years of high school basketball. I am a heady player and play as a coach on the floor. I can elevate other players games by distributing the ball well. My strength on the floor is passing, ball handling, shooting, and fundamental defense. Boxing out and relocating on boards are natural actions I do on the court. As a sophomore, starting varsity in a 6A school, I played all five positions, I am very versatile. I took the ball out of bounds on all out of bounds plays, that shows my decision making ability. When full court pressure is applied, the ball is in my hands.
My goal is to play basketball in college while obtaining a degree.
