Basketball has been apart of my life and has taught me the value of teamwork, dedication, hard work, and commitment. Starting my playing career at a young age and continuing throughout my years, basketball has been an outlet for me. The game has taught me composure and to respect not only my coaches and teammates, but as well others that are outside the game of basketball. I have learned as much on the court as I do off and what makes the game intriguing to me is that there is always something to learn whether it's an aspect to add to my game and improve my skill or a value that I can carry off the court.
After my high school playing career, I would like to play at a competitive collegiate level and as well further my knowledge by getting a degree. I believe that I would be a great asset to any team. I am coachable and able to handle constructive criticism well. I'm hard working on and off the court and determined to succeed and stay committed to my goals as a basketball player and a student.
