Kobe Withers '20 Recruiting Profile

Having played basketball and football for most of my life, I have learned a tremendous amount about what it means to work hard, to be responsible, and to lead. I was fortunate to have found my passion for basketball at a young age and I continue to love it more and more everyday. I love all the hard work, the hustle, and the competitiveness of it.

So far, in both my freshman and sophomore years, my high school team has come up just short of making the state tournament here in Oregon. I have realized the importance of having a leader that encourages and motivates teammates, provides constructive feedback when necessary, and holds teammates accountable to team goals. This is what I am doing this year as team captain and will do on any team I play for in the future.
