Personal Statement
Losing the coach I grew up with since age 8 to cancer impacted my life in so many ways. Coach taught me to always work hard for what you want and never make excuses. He led by example and showed me how to always support the people around you.
I've always been a quiet person who thinks carefully before speaking, but what makes me unique is that I am also a leader. As my coach taught me, I lead by actions, not words. I am laser-focused on the future and put in the hard work every day to help my team achieve our goals. I am completely committed to my team, coach, staff, and players 100%. Whatever I need to do or be for my team, I will become.
I work with a trainer several times a week and also put in three workouts a day to develop my skill, strength, agility, flexibility, and to be ready for any opportunity that comes my way. If you ask anyone who knows me, I live for basketball and work hard on and off the court every day.
