Sebastián Cruz '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sebastián Cruz, I am a part of the graduating class of 2019 at Wesleyan Academy in Guaynabo.  My college goals and aspirations are to graduate from the college of choice as a Honors student in the field of Medicine.  What makes me a good and different candidate for any team is that I am a very skilled perimeter player that can score and defend on any type of offenses and styles of play.  I am a great scorer and defender but above all I am a great teammate.  As a person I am hard-working, gritty, respectful, and disciplined, which can help me and my teammates reach success on and off the court.  The fact that I love basketball does not mean that I don't like academics.  I am high honor student at a top school in Puerto Rico with a GPA of 3.6.  I am very excited for the opportunities to come and also willing to give every ounce of energy to achieve the goals that are best for me and the team.
