Personal Statement
My name is Lane Burcham and I am an upcoming senior, 6' 6" Center/Small Forward, who plays at Adamsville High School in Adamsville, TN. My junior year I average 15-16 points per game, 5-6 rebounds per game, 2-3 assists per game, and 1 block per game. I started half the season as a freshman as we went on to go 23-9, play in the district championship game and make it to the 2nd round of regionals. At the end of my junior year, we ended the season at 16-13, I received an All-District Regular Season player award and was the 2nd nominee on our team to receive All-Region.
I currently have a 3.33 GPA and scored a 21 on the ACT test that I took for the first time.
My dream is to win a state championship game this upcoming year because this year it will have been 20 years since the last time Adamsville High School has played in a 1A state championship game. My next dream is to play ball after high school, wherever it may be, and earn my college degree in teaching/coaching.
