Ty Lannom '23 Recruiting Profile

I want to play college basketball because I have been playing competitively for 8 years now and am looking forward to continuing my career in college.  While being a college athlete, I would like to keep my academic grades up, as well.  Being a college athlete is a big deal to me because I get to pursue my dreams in basketball and in the academic part of my life.  My goals for college are to keep a 3.6 GPA or higher while being an athlete.  I also hope to major in sports broadcasting.  This is a big responsibility for me, and I am willling to take on this challenge.

I believe that I can help out your team because I am a quick point guard that can play both offense and defense.  I am also a threat at the three point line.  I can handle the ball up and down the court, and I can play good defense up and down the court.  I am a good leader on and off the court as a point guard.  I am looking forward to leading a team while also keeping my grades up in school.  I am responsible enough to take on this challenge as a leader of a team.

I would like to play for a coach that is willing to do what it takes to win and get better.  As a player, I want to be pushed by the coach to reach my highest potential. My ideal college should be competitive in both athletics and academics.
