Personal Statement
I have faced many obstacles during my high school career, but I feel like I have gotten through each and every obstacle and come back stronger. My freshman year we had a house fire causing me to be without a real home for 9 months. Before my junior year, I tore my acl and spent 7 months recovering from that just to come back and break my elbow 2 days after I was cleared. But I got through all of that and I have improved my body and my game through lots of gym time and physical therapy. While dealing with all that, I also was able to hold a host job at a restaurant for 4-5 months and currently working for door dash. I was able complete a very successful senior year starting every game and not missing any practices earning 1st team on the all-district team in the largest high school division in Tennessee. Continued to progress with 19 ppg & 7 rpg in district tournament and regional tournament play with being rewarded a spot on district tournament team and on region tournament team. I want to take my perseverance and success in AAU, Fall League ball and school ball to the next Level. As my coaches on various teams have learned, give me a chance and you will not be disappointed.
