Personal Statement

 

Hi my name is Scout Teal and I am a 6'8" PF/C with decent ball handling skills (more work to be done). I have just completed my junior year and even though are season was cut short in the playoffs i was still elected 1st team all-state. I play center at my high school in Abernathy, Tx. I play small forward for my AAU team, the West Texas Rockets.I recently participated in the Midland Hoops32 showcase and was named MVP  of the showcase by Max Ivany spoke really high of me. I have been playing basketball all of my life and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I have a strong work ethic and am self-motivated. I push myself every day. Because of my love for the game I want to continue playing basketball in college.
