Personal Statement
I have been playing basketball since I was young enough to shoot. I fell in love with the game from the beginning. My belief is that how I play on the court is how I am in life.....measured, team player, teachable, respectful, hard-working, good character and a drive to excel. I strike a balance with athletics and academics and focus on being an all-around student athlete. While it is important to win on the court, it is also important to win off the court with my family, faith, and friends. I love the game. I respect the game. But I know its not all about the game. There is indeed life after basketball but I will enjoy the basketball path if I am fortunate enough to have earned the opportunity to play at the next level.
