Personal Statement
I am very coachable and I am confident I have the talent and work ethic to play at the collegiate level. I aim to be one of the hardest working players on any team that I'm a part of, on the court and off. I'm a student before I am an athlete. I'm looking for a college program that best fits me both academically and athletically. My goals and aspirations are to obtain a championship for my future team and to lay the necessary groundwork for a career as a graphic designer for my current and future clients!
Helping my team get past the first round of playoffs my junior year of high school was a big deal for my school! It had not been done in fourteen years, and I was proud to be a part of that. I sacrificed my love for the point guard and shooting guard position and became a better overall player. I was one of the taller players and had to play positions I've never thought of playing. However, playing multiple positions helped me become more aggressive and made me realize some sacrifices had to be made so I could help my team. I learned team work helps you go further!
