Personal Statement
I live and have grown up in Weatherford, TX, a town west of Fort Worth. I attend and play basketball for Victory Baptist Academy in Weatherford, TX. My first trip with the team to Coach T's basketball camp five years ago sparked my love for the game. The trip energized me to become a student of the game and to develop the knowledge to excel at becoming a great teammate while pursuing my own aspirations to play at the collegiate level and possibly beyond. I have furthered my basketball education by attending multiple PGC camps.
I strive to lead the team offensively and defensively while working to setup my teammates for success. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and challenge myself to get better.
My goals are to graduate High School with honors and major in a STEM program in college. I work to achieve excellence in all that I do, and I am not satisfied with doing a mediocre job, whether in school or sports. I am confident that my desire and abilities to play basketball and my leadership skills both on and off the court will have a positive impact for any program that chooses to give me an opportunity.
