2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Basketball has always been very important to me. I started play in the third grade and i instantly fell in love with it. I was the weird kid who took jr. jazz way to serious, I thought I was playing for the actual Jazz. High school basketball changed my life. It taught me a lot on and off the court, as well as helped me develop second family that I will always have.
I love some aspects of college. I get to go to the gym and get in a pick up game and improve my game all the time. But I do miss the team aspect of organized basketball. I miss coming together as a team to chase after a common goal. I want that back. Thats why I'm ready to take the next step and play college basketball.
I have always enjoyed playing up tempe basketball and using my speed. I love to help the team win in whatever way I can. Whether its scoring the ball or passing, I don't really care as long as the teams winning. Basketball is a roller coaster, and I can't wait to experience that again.
