Prospective Coaches and To Whom It May Concern,
I am currently a class of 2022 (born on 3/20/2004 - 15 years old) 6’5” still growing PG/SG leader that can tenaciously defend four positions at the High school level. Whether it be scoring, defending, distributing or encouraging my brothers/teammates, I relentlessly find a way for my team to win in the context of my coach’s desired approach. No one will outwork my efforts, intensity, toughness or on court decision making. I have always been a leader and therefore a winner that believes in the victorious power of a well prepared, hard-working, disciplined and determined team.
I was recently feature in an ESPN the Magazine – Kevin Durant Prodigies article, I am currently ranked 41st out of the Top 80 Nationally with BBall Spotlight and 20th out of the Top 200 National Watchlist with Big Shots in the Class of 2022 as of December 2018. I currently play for the Nike/EYBL Team Durant 15U Basketball Teams for Coach Wayne Pratt (Kevin Durant’s Dad), and the Episcopal High School Varsity Basketball Team for Coach Jim Fitzpatrick.
The Episcopal High School is consistently ranked as one of the top five public and private academic schools in the DC, Maryland, Virginia and Mid Atlantic area. The Episcopal High School won the Interstate Athletic Conference (IAC) and the Virginia State Championships for Basketball in 2017 and was runner up for both in 2018.
At every level in my playing career I have been chosen by my coaches to be a captain of some of the top nationally ranked teams in the Country. At each national invitation-only camp whether it was Jr. NBA, Nike, Five Star, CP3 Rising Stars National Camp, John Lucas Future of the Game, Future 150 or BBall Spotlight Future Phenom Camps, I have been chosen as one of if not the Top Performer at each Camp. At each level from sixth grade through eight I have competed against the best nationally and I have been highly nationally ranked by multiple ranking agencies.
Finally, I feel I can be a valuable part of a team that desires winning an NCAA National Championship. I look forward to further mutual evaluation toward achieving that goal.
