Personal Statement

I have an extreme passion for the sport and have put tons of work in to be where I stand now. Everyday I am bettering myself mentally or physically. I put 100% effort in everything I do no matter how small the task can be. I work hard on my grades and very rarely get below a B, I am also a part of the National Junior Honor Society. I do a lot for my community and just love seeing other people’s smile when me and my family give back. Helping other people grow and thrive in what they love is another thing I work to do no matter if the things they need help with are out of my territory. Playing basketball at a D1 college is my goal and I will do everything in my power to reach it. I was the named the Iron Man of the Year for my varsity team as a Freshman.. I currently attend a new prep school in Greensboro, NC named Amandla Academy. Head Coach being Cardes H. Brown I am completing my 2024-2025 season under his coaching.

ActivitiesI’m a part of my school's advisory program we make the school aware of the problems we face as students and ways they can fix those problems. I love working out, hanging out with my family, travelling, photography, nature walks and historical sites. I am very active in the community. A couple of examples include trash pick up, volunteering at race reconciliation discussions and food bank food drives.
