Personal Statement
My goals really to become a college athlete are just to be the best player I can be and to go out and prove something. To be honest, I have enjoyed playing on my current varsity team, but I feel like there is more to prove and show. I want to help a team and bring a positive attitude. I'm not looking for fame, awards, or praise, I'm looking to fulfill the opportunity of the talent God has blessed me with. I want to bring balance to the table and improve in my game. I feel I can play a position I'm more comfortable with in college than I do in high school. I will work and be there anytime I'm needed. In character, I think I bring a unique characteristic in that I want to listen and learn, and will own up to my mistakes, and bring a personal characteristic that is different from the world we see today. I want to show my Christian faith and be a laid back, quiet player. I may not make it, but I will work hard to get there, and will give everything to meet the requirements that my possible, new team would give me. Academically and athletically, I'm not the 4.0 GPA student with all A+'s, and I'm not the strongest guy by any means, but I will push as hard as teams needs me to be. Thank you,
