I have been interested as well as playing basketball ever since I was a little boy around the age of 5. Since then, I continued to watch different levels of basketball such as high school, college and NBA. While watching different levels, I began to study the game and later realized I desired to play at the elite level to better myself as a player in the future.
I'd be a good candidate for any team because I have a high basketball IQ, and I am able to react fast enough on both sides of the court. I'm also an unselfish player with above average ball handling skills. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am willing to learn as much as possible. I'm also a team leader as well as a team player, and lastly I encourage my team to play to the best of their abilities.
In the classroom I work just as hard to maintain above average grades while working towards an advanced diploma. I volunteer with the Special Olympics and I am member of HYPE (Helping Youth Pursue Excellence) where we work to help care for the homeless. Hopefully one day I'll be able to give back and share my knowledge to others such as my younger brother who hopes to follow in my footsteps.
